Classes
Little Braga
This program provides a fun, safe, and thorough introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for our littlest members. In this class, we teach basic techniques while building confidence, focus, physical and motor skill development. Examples include basic self-defense, tumbling, safely falling, etc.
Junior Braga
This program provides a fun, competitive, yet friendly foundation for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for junior members. In this class, we will build on the basics while introducing submission holds, supervised sparring, and when to apply techniques both on and off the mat. Several Junior Braga students also compete in local tournaments (though that is not required).
Adult Class
Whether you’re looking to learn self-defense, get in better shape, compete in tournaments, or meet new people and belong to a great community, you’ll find it at Wander Braga BJJ. While there are several experienced students training at Wander Braga, there are even more who are just getting started – it's never too late! Come on in for your first class and you'll be hooked.
Women's Class
Our women’s only brazilian jiu jitsu classes are great for both beginners and advanced athletes. While co-ed classes offer many real-world benefits and stretch women from their comfort zone, training amongst other women helps match partners by weight and strength while also establishing a sense of community among the women in the sport and at the gym.
